Cell Phone
For over a year, I had a hibernate line at
Cellcom. When I decided to immigrate to a virtual cellular company, first, I
had to change the line to operate status. I did it on May, 26th 2013
at noon. On the next day in the morning I immigrated to a virtual cellular
company. During the time between, I didn't use the phone at all, neither to
talk and SMS nor for internet. At the end of the month I received a bill with
about 100 NIS, for a less than 24 hours not using the line at all.
I checked the reason, and when I found out
somebody was surfing on my account. On July, I sent a letter to the customer
association, asking them to give me back the money, and leave them the ability
to check and to deal with that fault.
My daughter's cell phone is under my name
(she's a minor), and she's also at a virtual cellular company, which uses the
infrastructure of Cellcom.
A few days ago, her cell phone (whose she has
only for 6 month) went out of order. The diagnostics was, problem with the
flash memory, which has to be replacing in a cost of 800 NIS.
